We are expanding our team at a newly established distribution center located near Brisbane Airport. As part of our client’s growing business, we are looking for dedicated staff who are willing to undergo training at our client’s current facility in Karawatha for 2-4 weeks before transitioning to the new location by the end of May.

Responsibilities
Effectively implement voice picking, RF scanning, and EPJ operations. Accurately load and pack dry, refrigerated, and frozen orders. Conduct routine stock checks and assist with restocking. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work within a 24/7 operational setting, ensuring efficient warehouse activities.
Qualifications/Skills
Previous experience in voice picking, order picking, and EPJ operation. Forklift certification is a plus, though not required. Experience working in cold rooms is an added benefit. Proven track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs consistently. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Availability to travel to Karawatha for training. Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts:
AM Shift: 0600 – 1430
PM Shift: 1430 – 2200
