As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for building a high-quality pipeline of candidates to support Educate!’s hiring needs. This role demands strong sourcing strategies, market research, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to meet organizational talent goals while enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Engage passive talent through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques. Conduct research to uncover talent trends, competitors, and compensation benchmarks, sharing insights with the wider recruitment team. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Provide consistent updates on sourcing status and adapt strategies based on hiring priorities. Ensure all candidate data is accurately managed in Greenhouse, our ATS. Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospects. Promote a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through to recruiter handoff. Recommend improvements to sourcing approaches and help identify top-performing channels and platforms. Track and meet sourcing KPIs including candidate volume, diversity goals, conversion rates, and time to pipeline activation.
Qualifications
1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques such as Boolean logic, LinkedIn searches, and outreach methods. Familiarity with ATS platforms, especially Greenhouse, as well as CRM tools and specialized job boards. Excellent communication skills to engage talent and collaborate with internal teams. Ability to write persuasive outreach messages that attract high-caliber candidates. Basic skills in data reporting and tracking sourcing metrics.
