OVERVIEW:
Salt is looking to engage a bilingual (English and Thai speaking) Social Listening Insight Specialist on a freelance basis for a minimum period of 12 months. The role is fully remote and will involve working as part of a broader insights team to generate strategic, data-backed recommendations that support business growth and decision-making.

CONTRACT TERMS:

  • 12-month+ freelance engagement
  • Compensation on a daily rate basis
  • 100% remote working arrangement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the internal insights team to convert briefs into detailed analytical projects
  • Perform analysis using internal social listening and data tools to extract meaningful insights
  • Analyze digital data from multiple sources, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative findings
  • Support brand strategy, digital content creation, communication efforts, and product development with data insights
  • Develop and refine queries within the organization’s analytics platforms
  • Create engaging and insightful presentations, primarily using PowerPoint, to share findings with stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in digital insights, with specific skills in social listening and analytics
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Analytics and Brandwatch
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
