Role Description

Rio Fish Ltd. seeks to recruit a full-time Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in a hybrid position. This job will involve system monitoring, data management, report writing, and implementation of M&E activities. The base location is Migori, with some possibility for remote working.


Qualifications

  • System Monitoring and Analytical Skills
  • Report Writing and M&E skills
  • Data Management expertise
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, or Social Sciences
  • Experience in the aquaculture or agriculture sector is a plus
