As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle—from initial planning through on-site execution to final project closure. You’ll ensure all health, safety, and environmental measures are in place prior to launch, while also leading efforts in quality assurance and cost control based on established baselines. Your goal will be to ensure timely, on-budget, and within-scope project delivery. In this role, you’ll support and guide the project team by eliminating obstacles, facilitating risk management, and encouraging professional development. You will manage changes in project scope, resolve conflicts efficiently, and maintain consistent updates and reporting across systems such as SAP, GIB, SINCRO, and OPD.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and have at least 10 years of proven experience in project management. A strong understanding of site execution, installation, and commissioning is essential. Experience with project financials, milestone tracking, and working knowledge of industry tools and systems is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, while French language skills are an added advantage. Certifications such as PMP or MI-PMP are considered beneficial. Prior experience in the food and beverage or packaging equipment sectors will be viewed favorably.
