Role Overview

As a Checkout Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in providing quick, efficient, and friendly service to our customers at the checkout. Your contribution will help ensure that our customers feel valued, appreciated, and leave the store with a positive experience.

You’re a natural problem-solver, and you handle challenges with ease. Even in the busiest situations, you’ll maintain a calm, organized, and efficient approach. You also have a keen interest in developing new skills, especially when it comes to technology and systems that support our customer service efforts.

Qualifications/Skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (such as retail or hospitality) would be an advantage but is not essential. You’ll need strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. The ability to stand for extended periods is required.
