As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by offering technical expertise, ensuring seamless solution implementation, managing ongoing client engagements, supporting account performance, and overseeing payment follow-ups. You will act as the primary technical contact, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate support while aligning project goals with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical point of contact for key clients and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Collaborate with the sales and business development team to identify new opportunities and provide technical inputs during proposal stages. Work alongside engineering and service teams to relay client feedback and support continuous improvement of offerings. Coordinate with the Program Manager to track project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations throughout the implementation phase. Manage regular client check-ins, resolve technical concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead client meetings to review project status, discuss technical challenges, and align business goals. Follow up on client payments linked to completed milestones and delivered projects. Prepare documentation, technical reports, and present findings or proposals to clients as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related technical discipline. At least 4 years of experience in B2B or B2G technical account management, telecom infrastructure, or consulting. Proven ability to manage technical sales processes, client relationships, and solution deployment. Strong understanding of telecommunications, networking, power systems, or equivalent technologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
